SPA FACILITIES:

Change & shower facilities within each room apart from dry therapy room . Robes, Slippers, towels & disposables are also provided.

RESERVATION & TREATMENTS:

We request that you reach 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure that you settle into a relaxing environment and thereby enjoy the spa therapy wholly.

LATE ARRIVAL

Clients if arrived late for scheduled appointment, we will still have to shorten your treatment so that the therapy is completed as per scheduled time. This is to ensure that the next scheduled appointment is not delayed and thereby the next guest is not inconvenienced .

CANCELLATIONS:

We require atleast 2 hour prior notice to help us reshedule your appointment, subject to availabillity.

VALUABLES:

While we endeavour to look after your belongings, we do not accept any liability for the same.

OTHERS:

.The spa is an alcohol, food and smoke free facility.
.In order to preserve the tranquil environment, we request you to leave all mobile phones & electronic device switched off or on silent mode at all times.
. Guest under the aged of 16 years are not permitted in the spa, unless accompanied by an adult.
. Please drink water before & after every therapy.
.Guest with high blood pressure, heart condition, blood circulatory problem, skin condition, epilepsy, metal implants, history of recent surgery, who are pregnant or suffering from any medical condition that may or may not require medications are advised to obtain clearance from the doctors before any spa treatments. Please inform in the reception or therapist for any medical conditions.

IMPROVING YOUR COMFORT

We at The Thai Aura Spa aim to provide a spa experience and not just a service. Please let your therapist know of how she could comfort your levels. For example- heavier or lighter pressure during the massage, an extra towel , lightening intensity or sound levels etc.
