In order to make purchases through this Site, you will be requested to provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. You will also be required to provide payment details. By entering your payment details you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
Individuals must have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to The Thai Aura Spa Spa, applications must have authorised The Thai Aura Spa Spa to process a charge on their credit card for the purchase price for the goods or services.

Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. The Products including the packaging you receive may vary slightly from those images.
Pricing Policy
We take great care to ensure that prices are accurate, although all prices are subject to change prior to the agreement between us being formed.
It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Vouchers or Products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Vouchers or Products you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions.
Prices shown on the Site are in Indian Rupees (Rs.) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change effective immediately upon posting to the Site or other form of notification.

Force Majeure
The Thai Aura Spa will not be responsible for any delay, suspension or failure arising out of any circumstances outside of our reasonable control, such as acts of God, governmental actions, strikes, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, an act or omission of a third party, inability to obtain any necessary materials, equipment, facilities or services, the failure of performance provided by others, internet interruption or virus, accidents or breakdown of plant, machinery, software, hardware or communication network.
Orders & Shipping
All our online purchases are virtual, client will receive email and SMS notification for all the purchases, coupns received in email/sms can be used to avail services or offers
Returns & Exchange
Service or Offers once purchased from the website can't be returned or exchanged
Service or offers has to be availed within 30days of purchase, Membership Cards validity will be as per the plan
Spa Terms
All services and offers can only be availed upon prior appointment.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment. As a courtesy to all our guests, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Treatments that begin late will finish at the appointed time, so as not to inconvenience other guests.
Underwear is required for all treatments, and swimwear is required for body wraps and water therapies.
The Thai Aura Spa reserves the right to refuse to process or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
Age Restrictions
The minimum age for guests to attend The Thai Aura Spa Spa unattended is 16 years of age. The Thai Aura Spa Spa Therapists do not hold Working with Children checks that are required to tend to younger patrons.
Whilst we discourage patrons under the age of 16, The Thai Aura Spa Spa have a selection of 30 minute treatments for children aged 10-16 who wish to attend with an accompanying adult who is also having treatments.
Under no circumstances are children to be left unattended in the spa. Children and babies are under no circumstances able to be in the lounge with or without an accompanying adult.
Reservations and Cancellations:
An The Thai Aura Spa Spa Retreat gift voucher or valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations. Please note we require 24 hours notice to change, cancel or reschedule all appointments. Where treatments are changed, rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged to the gift voucher or valid credit card used to secure the booking. Treatments that are changed, cancelled or rescheduled within 3 hours of your scheduled treatment time will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.
Club Spa
Members can not transfer or split up their Club Spa treatments into gift vouchers. All treatments begin and end on time so please be prompt to ensure you receive your full service. A cancellation fee of 100% will apply to all Club Spa members if The Thai Aura Spa does not receive the requested 24 hours notice for any cancellation. Membership expires 12 months from the purchase date. The full value of the card must be fully redeemed before expiry of membership. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when your membership expires. When the cost of the treatment/s exceeds the available card balance, the member will be required to make up the difference with additional payment.
